With their place in the Premier League secure for another season, AFC Bournemouth have become the fourth English top-flight club to unveil their 2019/20 home jersey.
Following Watford, Liverpool and Chelsea, ‘The Cherries’ have teamed up with Umbro and front-of-shirt sponsors M88 and MansionBet to produce a slick design for next season.
Maintaining the familiar red and black vertical stripes, Umbro have introduced a subtle diagonal pattern within the red bands to offer some variety from previous years.
Bucking a recent trend, Umbro have opted to move towards primarily red sleeves for the first time under their manufacturing deal with the club, with previous home iterations from the English sportswear brand having adopted black for the sleeves’ primary colour.
The collar and sleeve cuffs both feature red trims, whilst the colour also makes an appearance on the otherwise black shorts and socks.
Set to debut the kit at home against Tottenham this weekend, Bournemouth have little to play for in comparison to the North London club, who need one more win to secure direct qualification to the UEFA Champions League.
Fan reaction to the jersey's unveiling on Twitter has been largely positive, with some of the best responses below:
